Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You will be working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and marketing team, gaining invaluable insights and learning opportunities in sales and business development strategies. This role is an opportunity for self-starters to really grow and develop their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Leverage ABM and technology for strategic engagement.
• Research and identify potential clients in targeted markets.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their business needs and introduce our SaaS solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
• Report to the CRO with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn about the SaaS industry and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
