We’re looking for a marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. If you don't have that much experience, but you are willing to learn, we are still looking forward to hearing from you. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. What is it all about?

As a Marketing Manager at Maven Mule, you would need to:

• Develop marketing strategy (with other executives help)

• Conduct marketing research (market trends, pricing, competitor products, etc)

• Establish marketing goals (based on past performance, budget and market forecasts from point 1)

• Develop detailed and cost-effective marketing plans for all products and services on all agreed media channels and for different sales teams

• Drive, participate and approve creative development of promotional materials, website and other content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects

• Manage all media vendors and other company partners

• Own customer relationship management

• Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with sales department

• Responsible for company brand

• Work with executives on product backlog prioritisation

• Perform detailed reporting

• Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

• Define employer branding execution plan (it is a HR function but for now HR only executes it)
