Maven Mule launches scholarship for students with disabilities

Maven Mule is excited to continue our commitment to empowering students with disabilities for the Academic Year 2024/2025! We are launching a new round of our scholarship competition, aimed at providing support to high school students in Croatia.

Scholarship Details

We will award one exceptional high school student a monthly scholarship of 200.00 euros for the entire academic year of 2024/2025, providing a full year of financial support to help further their education and development.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Be a regular high school student in Croatia (We'll need proof from your school).
2. Have a documented disability recognized by the Croatian Institute for Pension Insurance, a decision from a social welfare center confirming the right to assistance and care allowance, or a professional evaluation from the Institute for Expertise, Professional Rehabilitation, and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (along with any relevant disability documentation).
3. Must not be receiving another scholarship or educational support from any other organization.
4. Be a citizen of the Republic of Croatia.

Additional Application Requirements

Along with fulfilling the eligibility criteria, applicants must submit the following:

1. A letter of recommendation from a teacher, professor, coach, or any professional who has worked closely with the student.
2. A brief personal statement explaining how this scholarship will impact their future education and personal development. This can be in the form of a video, letter, photo, essay, or any creative way that expresses their thoughts and aspirations.

Application Deadline and Announcement:

The competition opens on September 20, 2024, and applications must be submitted by September 30, 2024. All submissions should be sent to our email: operations@mavenmule.com.

The winning student will be announced on our website on October 15, 2024, and the recipient will be notified directly via email.
