As a Technical Lead at Maven Mule, your responsibilities would be to:
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into implementation best practices
• Front-face client during the project lifecycle to discuss business and technical topics
• Build great relationships with clients by delivering successful projects and applying customer centric approach
• Ensure that delivery team’s objectives and tasks are clear
• Manage, lead and coach teams to during the different project phases and take ownership for project delivery by assisting and removing blockers
• Report project progress, raise or handle project risks, manage activities and resources
• Learn new technologies, enforce and promote standards and best practices
• Review and audit other's implementations
• Produce reusable components
• Contributing in product, project and resource planning and evaluation

• More than five years of experience in development
• Previous experience leading deployment teams, ideally using agile development techniques, through full project lifecycles
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects
• Strong listening, customer-facing and collaboration skills
• Strong presenting and written communication skills
• Ambition to learn fast and grow
• Rigour for high quality
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• Commitment to on-time delivery and taking ownership for team deliverables
• Ability to travel to meet with clients and do a quick workshop/brainstorming in their office
• Have experience with Salesforce or cloud computing
• Have played different roles in SDLC
• Have experience in adopting agile methodology
